    • Any appointment booked/requested after 7:30pm or on an off day is an additional $75

    • Child services are not allowed to be booked 7:30pm or after

    • AIl Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE without exception. Please note that deposits may vary depending on your service, for instance some services require half payment prior to being serviced. Please understand that once your service with Twisted Fades is completed and you leave satisfied with your hairstyleRefunds will not and cannot be granted once you leave Twisted Fades as a satisfied customer.

      Acceptable forms of payment are Zelle, Apple Pay & Cash for your remaining balance due.

  • It is our expectation without exception that all clients show up to their scheduled appointment on time. In the unfortunate case that a client does a "no show" to a scheduled appointment, they will be charged a $50 fee upfront prior to their next scheduled appointment with the understanding that rescheduling, for any reason isn't guaranteed and deposit remains nonrefundable.

  • At Twisted Fadez, respecting scheduled appointment times allows us to provide every client with the quality and attention they deserve.

    • A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Beginning at the 11-minute mark, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment due to lateness.

    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and I am still able to accommodate your appointment, a $50 late fee will be added to your service total.

    Please plan accordingly and communicate any unexpected delays as soon as possible. Late arrivals may also result in an adjusted service to ensure the remainder of the day stays on schedule.

  • Please note that as we love our kid clients, If your child cannot withstand styling services due to any tantrum like behavior, (kicking,screaming, excessive crying) within the first 30 minutes of the service then the appointment will be cancelled. Deposits remain non-refundable. No Exceptions

    Adding all applicable services ensures your appointment is booked with the correct time duration and accurate pricing. This helps us create a smooth experience and keeps our schedule running on time.

  • With your permission, Twisted Fadez may photograph or record your hair transformation for use on our website, social media, portfolio, and promotional content.

    Participation is completely optional and will never affect your service.
